- Type and prepare radiology and fetal medicine reports accurately as dictated by Radiologists and Consultants
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of reports as per departmental TAT
- Maintain accuracy in patient details, investigations, findings, and report formats
- Coordinate with Radiologists, Fetal Medicine Specialists, technicians, and front office teams
- Verify patient details and investigation information before finalizing reports
- Maintain proper records of reports, corrections, and pending cases
- Handle report corrections and modifications as instructed by the concerned Radiologist/Consultant
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient medical information
- Support documentation and administrative activities of the Radiology and Fetal Medicine departments
- Track pending reports and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely completion
