Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the fleet, managing drivers.
- RTA rules & regulations
- Plan routes for optimal efficiency, minimizing fuel cards, consumption and reducing costs.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure all vehicles are in valuable working condition.
- Monitor GPS tracking data to optimize routes and improve overall fleet performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of route planning, route optimization, RTA
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures for commercial vehicles.
