Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful onboarding.
- Analyze client job descriptions and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants for future requirements.
- Submit quality candidates within agreed turnaround times.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

- Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess:
- Technical skills
- Communication skills
- Project experience
- Employment stability
- Work authorization
- Salary expectations
- Availability
- Location preferences

- Evaluate candidates beyond keyword matching to determine their overall suitability for client requirements.
- Verify resumes for authenticity and consistency.

Vendor & Client Coordination

- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Negotiate rates while maintaining healthy business margins.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and consultants throughout the hiring process.

Consultant Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide interview preparation and guidance.
- Ensure consultants have all required documentation before submission.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience.

Documentation & Compliance

- Understand US work authorizations, including:
- H-1B
- GC
- USC
- GC-EAD
- H4-EAD
- OPT/CPT
- TN

- Verify employment documents before submission.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.

Performance Expectations

- Deliver high-quality candidate submissions consistently.
- Maintain excellent submission-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratios.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring deadlines.




- Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges.

Required Skills

- 14+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Robust understanding of technical roles across:
- Cloud
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- AI/ML
- Cybersecurity
- Infrastructure
- Storage
- Networking
- Software Development

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.

We are seeking an outstanding Senior IT Recruiter with 14+ years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the US recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, evaluate, and engage top IT professionals.

The recruiter must be capable of handling the entire recruitment lifecycle independently, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and consultants, and delivering quality submissions within tight timelines.

This is a performance-oriented role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, consistently meets expectations, and contributes significantly to business growth.
