Process: UK and US Banking Customer Support
Role: Customer Support Executive Voice Process
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift: UK Shift / Rotational Shift
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / 10+2/ Diploma
Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA to 6 LPA (depending on experience & interview performance).

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, payments and service requests.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle complaints and escalations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow defined banking processes, policies and quality standards.
- Maintain high accuracy while updating customer information and transaction details.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information about banking services.
- Protect customer information and follow required security and compliance procedures.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, AHT and customer satisfaction targets.
- Demonstrate empathy,



patience and professionalism while handling customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Basic understanding of banking/financial services.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and challenging conversations.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts and rotational schedules.
- Banking / Financial Services / BPO experience preferred.
