Based at Schneider Electric's RD Innovation Site in Bangalore, a dynamic hub for cutting-edge development in energy management and automation, you will sit among cross-functional teams in a collaborative, high-tech setting designed to foster innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.

What you will do

- Lead program and project execution for our SMB cloud based building management solutions spanning across sensors, gateway, edge software and cloud services.
- Deliver with precision: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery with high sense of ownership and accountability for the product portfolio.
- Own the full life-cycle delivery for complex, multi-disciplinary programs.
- Manage program risks, schedules, budgets, resources and executive stakeholder communication.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, cybersecurity, compliance and quality objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate globally: Work across functions in a large, global matrix organization, adapting to time zones as needed.
- Foster a positive collaborative working environment.

- Hold full execution responsibility to meet budget, time plan and quality objectives and communicate efficiently to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Essential for the role: Proven experience in project leadership, Scrum Mastery, and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, PLM/PDM, and Azure DevOps.
- A structured, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the Building Management Systems / Energy Management / Building Automation.
- A long-term mindset with a commitment to sustainable success.
