About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Development Associate to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Talent Development, training coordination, data analytics, dashboard creation, content development, and creative design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Canva, Figma, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training and learning programs.
- Coordinate training schedules, participant communication, attendance, feedback, and logistics.
- Create and maintain training dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze training data, participation, feedback, and learning metrics to generate insights.
- Design posters, banners, newsletters, certificates, presentations, and other learning creatives using Canva and Figma.
- Create engaging learning materials, presentations, and internal communication content.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to support content creation, research, presentations, and productivity.
- Maintain training records, reports, documentation, and learning databases.
- Support learning campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication activities.
- Assist in developing visually engaging training and learning content.




- Research new learning trends, digital learning tools, and training methodologies.
- Work closely with HR and Talent Development teams to support various L&D; initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers / candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma for creative design and content development.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Excel for dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools for content creation and research.
- Strong interest in poster making, digital content creation, dashboards, and visual communication.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Learning & Development / Talent Development processes.
- Experience creating Power BI dashboards and training reports.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms is an added advanced
- Interest in instructional design, employee engagement, corporate learning, Figma, Canva and posters
