We're a growing career consultancy that helps entry-level to mid-level IT professionals land better software engineering opportunities. We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Client Success Associate to join our remote team and become the primary point of contact for our candidates throughout their job search journey.

What You'll Do:

- Connect with candidates daily to track their progress, answer questions, and ensure they stay on track throughout the placement process.
- Monitor candidate activity and follow up when required actions, applications, documents, or other program requirements are pending.
- Ensure candidates follow the processes and guidelines agreed upon as part of the HireShell program.
- Provide guidance, support, and timely follow-ups to help candidates overcome challenges during their job search.
- Build solid relationships with candidates while maintaining accountability for their commitments and responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, follow-ups, and action items.
- Identify and escalate repeated or unresolved issues when candidates are not following required processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure candidates receive the right support at the right time.




- Manage multiple candidates simultaneously while ensuring no follow-ups or important tasks are missed.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- High ownership and accountability you take responsibility for ensuring candidates stay on track throughout the program.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple candidates efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify missing information, pending tasks, or inconsistencies.
- Proactive mindset with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and following up firmly but professionally when required.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
- Entry-level candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in customer success or operations are encouraged to apply.
