- Knowledge of Networking (LAN & WAN)
- Capable to manage Routers & Managed / Unmanaged Switches.
- Knowledge of Data Backup Maintenance Plan
- Solid knowledge of Hardware Management is must
- Concept of Firewall like SOPHOS
- To manage the hardware and network related issues with the support from Local Vendors
- Basic knowledge of software application is must.
Requirements
- At least 2 + years of relevant experience in Networking & Hardware Support
- Ability to End user support and training.
- Good team player
- Impressive communication skills
