Handle inbound/outbound calls for US customers. Resolve queries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer experience.

* Eligibility*

- *Education:* UG / Graduate

- *Note:* BE/B.Tech or Masters candidates cannot apply

* Required Skills*

- Excellent English Communication

- *Versant Score:* 60 or above

- Positive computer and typing skills

- Customer handling and problem-solving skills

* Shift & Schedule*

- *Shift:* US Night Shift

- *Working:* 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

* Salary & Benefits*

- *Take-home:* 21,400/month

- *Additional:* Shift Allowance
