Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Experience in managing user access, permissions, and security policies within server environments.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
