What are we looking for
Experience in HR data analysis, MySQLHR Domain Understanding
- prior experience in HR Analytics or Talent Acquisition is an advantageBusiness Acumen
- ability to align analytics with business goals and workforce strategiesStrong Communication Skills
- articulate data insights clearly through presentations and reportsProactive Independent Contributor




- capable of handling tasks independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsExperience working with offshore teams is preferred. Collaborate effectively with other team members while involved in multiple work streamsVBA, Power BI or visualization and reporting toolAbility to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations

Roles and Responsibilities: Data Analytics Insights:Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenanceProgramming Automation:Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantageHR Analytics Business Strategy:Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technologyProof of Concept Development:Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client businessCollaboration:Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
