Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Create and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, and other engaging content.
- Write attractive captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Upload and maintain content consistently according to the content calendar.
- Reply to basic comments and messages professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and viral content ideas.
- Coordinate with the team for product photos, videos, and other content requirements.
- Monitor account engagement, reach, followers,



and overall performance.
- Suggest current and creative ideas to improve the company's social media presence.
- Ensure all content matches the company's brand image and guidelines.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Understanding of social media trends and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar editing tools is preferred.
- Good communication and creativity.
- Ability to create engaging captions and content ideas.
