Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements, complaints, and concerns.
- Create job cards, record customer concerns, and coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
- Explain service estimates, repair details, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and ensure timely delivery as per commitment.
- Coordinate with workshop team, technicians, and spare parts department for smooth service operations.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates and approvals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and providing excellent service experience.
- Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages as per customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and support quick resolution.
- Maintain service records, follow-ups, and achieve service targets as per dealership standards.
