Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with prior experience in Real Estate Sales or a proven track record in sales management. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue, converting company-provided leads into bookings, driving customer engagement, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead customers from inquiry to closure.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSales Maximization & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Maximize revenue through effective lead conversion and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and business growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of projects and properties.
- Lead Management & ConversionManage and follow up on company-provided leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits, negotiations, and final bookings.
- Maintain accurate lead data, customer interactions, and sales status in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion ratios and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct project presentations, property demonstrations, and site visits.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close deals effectively.




- Market & Team CoordinationStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer handling.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Required Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline; MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, with prior Real Estate Sales experience preferred.
- Proven experience in lead conversion, customer handling, and sales closure.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales closing ability and customer handling skills.
- Ability to generate maximum sales from company-provided leads.
- Result-oriented with a target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, and customer buying behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and reporting tools.
