• Act as the primary Finance Super User for Oracle NetSuite — owning system configuration, roles and permissions, workflows, saved searches, and customizations.

• Design, document, and implement finance processes and internal controls within NetSuite to support a scaling business.

• Lead ETL activities — data migration, system integrations, and ongoing data flows between NetSuite and adjacent business systems (e.g., e-commerce, payroll, banking, POS).

• Build and maintain BI dashboards and management reporting using NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and/or third-party BI tools.

• Partner with accounting, FP&A;, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

• Perform hands-on accounting work — journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support — as needed.

• Manage NetSuite releases/upgrades, evaluate new modules, SuiteApps, and third-party integrations.

• Train finance and cross-functional users on NetSuite functionality and process changes.

• Maintain explicit documentation of system configuration, data flows, and standard operating procedures.

• Uphold data integrity, audit trail, and internal control standards across the ERP environment.
