The Security Guard Field Officer will be responsible for supervising security guards deployed at various client locations, ensuring discipline, attendance, grooming, compliance with SOPs, and maintaining smooth security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to assigned security sites.
- Check guard attendance, punctuality, uniform and grooming.
- Ensure proper deployment of guards as per duty roster.
- Monitor guard performance and discipline.
- Conduct surprise inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Ensure guards follow company SOPs and client instructions.
- Coordinate replacement of absent or unavailable guards.
- Handle client complaints and escalate major issues to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain daily site visit and incident reports.
- Check security registers, duty logs and other required records.
- Conduct briefing and basic training of security guards.
- Ensure proper handover/takeover between guards.
- Immediately report security incidents, misconduct or emergencies.
- Maintain regular communication with guards and client representatives.
- Support recruitment, verification and deployment of guards whenever required.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduate preferred.
- Experience in security supervision/field operations preferred.
- Previous experience as Security Supervisor/Field Officer will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp reporting.
- Must be willing to travel between different client locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
