We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, promoting our products, generating new business, and increasing sales in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers, shops, businesses, and potential clients in the field.

Introduce and promote our products/services to new customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Build and maintain good relationships with existing and current customers.

Follow up with customers regularly.

Identify new sales opportunities in the market.

Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Collect customer feedback and provide market information to the shop.

Maintain basic records of customer visits, leads, and sales.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Confident and energetic personality.

Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

Sales/marketing experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Must be hardworking, punctual, and target-oriented.
