Key Responsibilities.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, dust, and clean bathrooms (mirrors, toilets, showers).
- Bed Making: Strip dirty linens, change sheets, and make beds neatly.
- Restocking Supplies: Refill toiletries, towels, tissue, and minibar items or coffee stations.
- Waste Disposal: Empty trash cans and ashtrays in assigned rooms.
- Guest Assistance: Handle guest requests for extra pillows or towels and report any lost-and-found items.
- Maintenance Reporting: Note broken lights, leaky faucets, or damaged furniture and inform the maintenance team.
