Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to handle client communication, follow-ups, data entry, documentation, and day-to-day computer-based office work. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle clients professionally.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective and existing clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain SubsidyNexus services, government subsidy schemes, and consultancy services to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Record calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and client information in Excel/CRM/software.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare and organize documents, applications, forms, and basic reports.
- Handle email, WhatsApp, and other digital communication.
- Coordinate with the advisory and documentation team for client requirements.
- Collect required documents from clients and maintain proper records.
- Assist in online applications, government portals, and other computer-related office work.
- Maintain daily work reports and follow-up status.




- Perform other administrative and computer-related tasks assigned by management.
- Required SkillsGood Marathi and Hindi communication; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and Internet.
- Good telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Basic typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to learn government subsidy schemes and company services.
- Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented attitude.

Qualification12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers can apply if they have good communication and computer skills.

- Preferred CandidateTelecalling, customer support, back-office, data-entry, or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates interested in government subsidy, business consultancy, agriculture, MSME, and entrepreneurship will be preferred.

Salary₹8,000 – ₹15,000+ per month, depending on skills and experience, with performance-based incentives.
