Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell rooftop solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential customers in assigned areas to generate new business.
- Promote and sell rooftop solar systems.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until the sale is closed.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Submit daily sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.




- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an advantage.
