Designation: Business Sales Manager - Banca Channel

Job Purpose:To drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, conducting customer meetings, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development

- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials for sales conversion.
- Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers.
- Identify and convert leads generated through branch referrals and walk-in customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Life Insurance/ Fresh Bancassurance/Banking/BFSI/NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Valuable communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes preferred
- Native to mentioned locations preferred
- Presentable + Fluent English communication
