Role: Jio Point Lead (JPL)

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented professional to manage and grow Jio Point channel operations in the assigned territory.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesDrive channel expansion and strengthen the retail footprint in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and improve the performance of Jio Points and retail outlets.
- Achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and business growth targets.
- Ensure operational governance, compliance, and process adherence across Jio Points.
- Drive team productivity through daily performance monitoring, target setting, and goal alignment.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
- Coach, train, motivate, and evaluate internal teams and channel partners.
- Build robust relationships with retailers and channel partners to improve business performance.




- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Maintain operational hygiene and ensure adherence to defined business processes and compliance standards.
- Track key business metrics and take corrective actions to improve overall Jio Point performance.
- ? Ideal CandidateGood communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales, retail, and channel operations.
- Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple Jio Points and channel partners effectively.
- Candidates with relevant experience in sales, retail, telecom, FMCG, or channel management will be preferred.
