Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated B.Com Fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team as an Accounts Executive. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, reconciliations, documentation, and financial record maintenance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately.
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment-related documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in maintaining vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Verify invoices and accounting entries for accuracy.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and basic compliance activities.




- Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding finance-related queries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in MS Excel / accounting software.
- Required SkillsB.Com / B.Com (Accounting & Finance) graduate.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Understanding of Debit/Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, Trial Balance, AP and AR.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / other accounting software is an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Preferred CandidateFresh B.Com graduates looking to build a career in Finance & Accounts.
- Candidates who have completed an internship or academic project in accounting will be preferred.
