- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials, components, LEDs, PCBs, housings, wires, connectors and other materials.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for automotive lighting products.
- Monitor quality at different stages of production and identify defects at an early stage.
- Conduct final inspection and testing of finished products before dispatch.
- Ensure products meet OEM standards, specifications and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain QC checklists, inspection reports and quality records.
- Identify the root cause of production defects, rejection and customer complaints.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce recurring quality issues.
- Monitor production rejection, rework, wastage and defect percentages.
- Work closely with the Production and Purchase teams to improve product quality and reduce wastage.




- Inspect and evaluate supplier quality and incoming materials.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection results and quality issues.
- Conduct regular quality audits of production processes.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment.
- Train production staff regarding quality standards, inspection procedures and handling of defective products.

- Prepare regular quality performance reports for management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve manufacturing quality, consistency and efficiency.
