Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage day-to-day supply chain activities, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure smooth movement of products from suppliers to customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily supply chain and logistics operations.
- Monitor order processing, inventory, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, transport, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and delivery delays.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.




- Support process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, and Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- EducationGraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply.
- Preferred CandidatesCandidates with experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or operations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
