Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware & Desktop Support
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate warranty/vendor support.
Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, BIOS, and other hardware issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware records.
Configure and support Windows-based systems.
