We are looking for an aggressive, hands-on Performance Marketer who can sit alongside our admissions counseling desk in Prayagraj, generate high-intent qualified leads, and actively optimize conversion funnels in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Run and optimize high-ROI Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ad campaigns targeting working professionals and students for Online MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, etc.

• Lead Quality & Friction: Build custom intent qualification forms to filter out irrelevant leads and keep CPL/CAC optimal.

• Live Sales Floor Coordination: Sit directly with our 6-8 member telecalling desk,



monitor real-time dialer feedback, and refine ad targeting daily based on connected call quality.

• Creative & UGC Strategy: Ideate video hooks, ad copies, and WhatsApp retargeting funnels for admissions season. Requirements:

• 1-3 years of proven experience in EdTech / Higher Education lead generation or B2C performance marketing.

• Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Search/Display Ads, Custom Form setups, and CRM webhooks.

• Must be available to work full time from our Prayagraj Regional Office.
