Job Description – Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Solar

Location: Wardha / Yavatmal / Amravati Region

Job Type: Full-Time, Field Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for Residential & Commercial Rooftop Solar Systems through field visits, references, local contacts and marketing activities.

- Visit prospective customers and understand their electricity consumption and solar requirements.

- Explain solar system benefits, electricity savings, PM Surya Ghar subsidy, available financing/loan options and SKESS SOLAR services.

- Conduct preliminary site visits and collect electricity bills, photographs and other required information.

- Prepare and explain quotations/proposals to customers.

- Regularly follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.

- Collect required customer documents and coordinate with the back-office team for subsidy and loan processing.

- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams after order confirmation.

- Develop relationships with electricians, builders, architects, businesses and other local referral partners.

- Generate customer references from completed installations.





- Maintain complete lead and follow-up records in the company's CRM.

- Follow up for payments as per agreed payment terms.

- Submit daily field-visit and follow-up reports.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and kW targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate / Diploma

- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Finance, Insurance, Automobile, FMCG or other field-sales businesses preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and field-sales ability can also apply.

- Positive communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

- Must be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

Performance Will Be Measured On

- New leads generated

- Customer meetings/site visits

- Quotations submitted

- Lead-to-order conversion

- Monthly solar capacity (kW) sold

- Sales value and profitability

- Payment collection

- Customer referrals

- CRM and reporting discipline

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Plus: TA + Performance-Based Sales Incentives

Reporting To: Business Head / Management – SKESS SOLAR
