Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer engagement, qualification of prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to generate property visits and sales opportunities.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal and external lead databases.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
- Maintain and update lead details based on customer conversations.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups and site visits.
- Invite prospective customers for property visits, events, and presentations.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally.
- Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversion opportunities.




- Participate in sales training and property tours.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and meeting targets.

- Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Graduation in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales, tele calling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working with computers and basic technology.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Real estate experience is must.
