Job Duties

- Receiving Stock: Check incoming food, drinks, and supplies against invoices for accurate counts, quality, and expiry dates.
- Inventory Control: Organize dry stores, chillers, and freezers. Track stock levels and use FIFO or FEFO rotation to stop spoilage.
- Issuing Goods: Hand out items to the kitchen or bar based on approved slips.
- Record Keeping: Update digital logs or paper ledgers for deliveries, issuance, and counts.
- Waste & Cost Reduction: Track expired goods, report shortages, and run regular inventory checks.

Requirements

- High school education or equivalent.
- Past experience in food service inventory or storekeeping.
