We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a robust interest in sales are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, plans, and offers clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the onboarding, support, and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated about company products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and chat.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and web browsing.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Prior experience in B2B, B2C, SaaS, IT, or telecalling sales is an added advantage.
