1. Wall Painting • Inspect walls for cracks, dampness, or old paint peeling. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer. • Apply paint coats as per specifications (emulsion, enamel, etc.). • Ensure smooth finish and uniform coverage.

2. Kerb Stone Painting • Clean kerb stones of dust, mud, and old paint. • Apply base coat and reflective paint as required. • Ensure proper alignment and visibility for safety.

3. Structural Painting • Inspect steel/metal structures for rust or damage. • Clean surfaces and apply anti-corrosive primer. • Apply finishing coats for durability and aesthetics.

4. Gate Painting • Clean and sand gates (wooden/metal). • Apply primer and protective coatings. • Finish with appropriate paint for weather resistance.

5. Fencing Painting • Inspect fencing for rust, cracks, or damage. • Clean and prepare surfaces. • Apply primer and paint for protection and uniform finish.

6. Barricades Painting • Clean barricades thoroughly. • Apply reflective or safety paint as per standards. • Ensure visibility and durability under outdoor conditions.

General Responsibilities Site Preparation & Safety

• Barricade work areas and place warning signs.





• Use PPE (gloves, masks, helmets).

• Ensure safe handling of paints, thinners, and chemicals. Execution & Quality

• Perform painting tasks as per approved methods.

• Maintain proper finish, coverage, and durability.

• Ensure no spillage or damage to surrounding areas. Material & Equipment Handling

• Verify quality of paints, primers, and brushes before use.

• Store materials properly to prevent contamination.

• Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with supervisors for daily work allocation.

• Report damages, defects, or unusual findings immediately.

• Maintain records of painting and preventive maintenance. Helpdesk Closure Point

• All painting requests must be logged through the helpdesk system.

• Each request should be tracked until resolution.

• Once work is completed and verified, the helpdesk ticket must be closed with proper remarks and completion status.

• Preventive maintenance activities should also be recorded in the helpdesk system for accountability.
