Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and hardworking Bakery Helper to join our team at an ice cream parlour/bakery shop in Goa. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a bakery, ice cream parlour, food outlet, or similar setting.

Candidates from any part of India are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Goa and work on a full-time basis.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the baker and kitchen team with daily preparation activities.
- Support the preparation of bakery and ice cream products as required.
- Assist with mixing, measuring, cutting, decorating, and other basic food preparation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, bakery area, and equipment.
- Arrange and store ingredients properly.
- Assist in packing and displaying bakery and ice cream products.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the team during busy hours and handle assigned tasks efficiently.




- Maintain proper cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Perform other bakery/shop-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bakery Helper or in a similar food-service role.
- Experience in a bakery, ice cream parlour, café, or food outlet will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bakery and food preparation processes.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
