We are hiring Sales Executives who have prior experience in selling loan products on calls.

Candidates must have worked in Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions.

⚠️ Language Requirement (Mandatory)

Fluent Kannada is compulsory — you must be able to hold a full sales conversation in Kannada.

English, Hindi or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Experience Required

Candidate should have already sold:

- Personal Loans
- Business Loans
- Gold Loans
- Home Loans
- Credit Cards

(Experience is compulsory – training from scratch will not be provided.)

Responsibilities

- Convert hot leads through calling
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Explain loan process, eligibility & documentation




- Follow up with customers until closure
- Maintain lead updates in CRM/system

Who Can Apply

✅ Fluent Kannada speaker (mandatory)

✅ Experience in loan sales from Bank/NBFC preferred

✅ DSA, loan agency or loan lead-generation calling experience also welcome

✅ Insurance sales candidates can also apply (2nd priority)

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary ₹23,000 – ₹27,000/month + High Performance Incentives
