Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Reel, Shorts & Video Graphic Designer who can create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The candidate should have strong design sense, video editing skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing digital content.

Key Responsibilities:Design and edit engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and motion graphics

- Create social media creatives with contemporary transitions, animations, subtitles, and effects
- Develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals
- Edit raw footage into professional short-form content suitable for digital platforms
- Work on trending formats, hooks, and viral content ideas for better engagement
- Design thumbnails, story creatives, and video banners when required
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team for campaign execution
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms





Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of video editing and motion graphics

- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar software
- Understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement
- Creative storytelling and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, transitions, and audio syncing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
- Portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, video edits, or social media creatives

Preferred:Experience in creating viral or high-engagement social media content

- Basic knowledge of photography/videography
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts
