Generate and allocate medical claim cases to Field Investigators on a daily basis. Check and understand medical records and claim documents received from clients. Identify significant points or investigation triggers that need to be verified. Assign cases to the appropriate Field Investigator based on location and case requirements. Follow up with Field Investigators and monitor case progress and TAT. Check investigation findings, documents, photographs, and other required details. Prepare the final investigation report based on the findings. Close and submit completed cases through email or the concerned client portal. Maintain proper case status and records.
