In 6 months, this intern is successful if they have independently run content and lead-gen across at least 3 business units and generated qualified leads on a weekly cadence.
We are a Pune-based multi-vertical business group operating across industrial B2B services, real estate sales enablement, and corporate growth marketing. You'll work across 3–4 live business units simultaneously, executing social content, WhatsApp/Instagram outreach, lead generation, and basic CRM tracking for each. This is a generalist growth role - high variety, quick pace, direct founder access. A confidentiality agreement is required before onboarding; specific client/business names are shared only after signing.
