Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram
- Share catalogues, photos, videos, and basic price information
- Qualify enquiries and forward serious leads to sales/management
- Maintain enquiry records and daily follow-up status
- Ensure quick, polite, and skilled communication
Skills Required
- Good Kannada/Hindi/English
- CRM Tool working experience
- Experience with IndiaMart, Instagram & Facebook lead Management.
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business & social media messaging
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Customer-friendly and organized
