Job Summary

Ikamate HR India Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team in Satellite, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams regarding vacancies and interview feedback.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly recruitment and joining targets.




- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily activity reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/hiring.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/agency will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Email and Job Portals.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
