Job Description – Counter Sales Executive

Position: Counter Sales Executive

Industry: Retail – Shoes Showroom

Gender: Male & Female

Female Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Male Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear.

- Explain product features, sizes, prices, offers, and brands.

- Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.

- Assist customers with size selection and product trials.

- Handle billing and basic cash/POS transactions when required.

- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.





- Support stock checking and arrangement of footwear.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Pleasant personality and skilled appearance.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good convincing and selling skills.

- Basic knowledge of footwear is an advantage.

- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a retail showroom environment.

Job Location: Shoe Paradise J.M.Road

Salary -Depends on Interview and Experience
