- Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations ManagementOversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage product availability and minimize stock losses/shrinkage.
- Sales & Customer ServiceDrive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Implement promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Team LeadershipLead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve operational and sales goals.

- Inventory & Vendor ManagementMonitor stock movement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Minimize wastage, especially in fresh and perishable categories.
- Financial ManagementManage store expenses and maintain profitability.
- Monitor cash handling, billing processes, and daily reconciliations.
- Prepare and share periodic operational and sales reports with management.
- Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in supermarkets, grocery retail, FMCG, or organic food retail.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and customer service.
- Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
