Job Description – Real Estate & Construction Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales for our real estate and construction services.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and meetings.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and project needs.

- Explain construction, interior, renovation and real estate services.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits and customer meetings.

- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth sales experience.

- Coordinate with the design and project teams when required.

- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Solid sales and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Good follow-up skills.

- Real estate/construction sales experience preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
