● Understand customer needs and recommend the right Cumin Co. products.

● Deliver a premium and personalized shopping experience.

● Build customer trust through strong product knowledge.

Product Demonstration & Sales

● Demonstrate product features, advantages, and usage.

● Educate customers on product care and maintenance.

● Resolve customer queries with confidence and accuracy.

● Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

● Recommend complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
