- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their qualified growth.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow framework.
- Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable IT service management workflows.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
