The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, generating business enquiries, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and corporate clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car rental/travel services.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details.




- Convert enquiries into bookings and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
