Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in Hindi and/or English (regional language is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage
- Experience in SaaS, payroll, or HRMS products will be an added benefit
