Roles And Responsibilities:

- Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Find recent customer leads and local business opportunities.
- Study local market trends and competitor actions.
- Plan and run local marketing or promotional events.

Team Leadership and Management

- Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to reach performance goals.
- Track individual and team sales numbers and give feedback.
- Handle staffing issues and schedule daily work.
