Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Hospital PRO to manage patient relations, doctor coordination, corporate communication, hospital outreach, and referral network development. The candidate will play an important role in strengthening relationships with patients, doctors, corporates, and the local community.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and referral partners.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and referral network development activities.
- Coordinate with consultants and visiting doctors for hospital services and patient referrals.
- Handle patient and attendant queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Support smooth coordination between patients, doctors, reception, billing, and hospital departments.
- Develop relationships with corporates, industries, insurance/TPA partners, and local organizations.
- Coordinate health camps, corporate health check-ups, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Promote hospital specialties, facilities, health packages, and newly introduced services.
- Maintain records of doctor visits, referrals, corporate leads, camps, and follow-ups.




- Assist management with business development and hospital branding activities.
- Gather market feedback and identify opportunities to increase hospital visibility and patient outreach.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the hospital positively in all external interactions.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Marketing qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a Hospital PRO, Healthcare Marketing Executive, or Business Development Executive preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and doctor network will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently conduct field visits and follow-ups.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain daily/weekly reports.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and patient-friendly communication.
