Job Summary

We are seeking a sincere, energetic, and responsible Office Boy/Peon to support the branch's daily administrative, housekeeping, customer service, and marketing activities. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth office operations while assisting the marketing team in local promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, leaflet distribution, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Administrative & Office SupportMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, workstations, pantry, and customer areas.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and correspondence.
- Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.

Customer Support

- Welcome and guide customers visiting the branch.
- Offer water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to customers and visitors.
- Ensure the customer waiting area is clean and presentable at all times.

Marketing Support Activities

- Assist the marketing team in conducting field marketing and promotional activities.
- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials in assigned areas.
- Visit nearby commercial establishments, residential areas,



and marketplaces to support customer outreach initiatives.
- Support lead collection activities as directed by the branch management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass /Fail / Higher Secondary preferred.
- Freshers may apply.
- Prior experience in office support, field marketing, housekeeping, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Required SkillsEnergetic and willing to travel locally for marketing activities.
- Valuable communication and customer interaction skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both inside the office and in the field.
