Job SummaryBansiwala Sweets is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, handle customers, promote our sweets and products, and contribute to the growth of the store.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sweets, snacks, gift hampers, and other products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote special offers, seasonal products, and festive gift hampers.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate repeat sales by maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and proper stock presentation.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer orders for parties, weddings, corporate gifting, and special occasions.




- Maintain basic sales records and report daily sales activities to the management.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales setting.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, FMCG, food, or sweets industry preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems will be an advantage.
- Presentable, punctual, and professional.
